Know before you come...

Please note before booking: 

*You can reschedule your appointment ONCE 48 hours prior to your appointment start time. After that, we cannot reschedule you or offer you a refund. Once your appointment is booked, we do not offer refunds. 

*All of our encounters and services are a la carte. If you want to see more animals or take a tour, make sure you book all the appropriate tours. 

*When you arrive, you are to remain in your vehicle until the start of your appointment, we are a working farm and have large farm machinery moving around, this is for your safety. When arriving early, we do not allow you to walk around. You're tour guide will come get you at your appointment time. We understand people like to arrive early but please respect the rules and signs or you will be asked to leave, we want everyone to have a safe experience. If traveling from far and arriving early, we encourage you to stop along the way to use the bathroom. Our doors are locked until your appointment time. 

*What to wear?

-Closed toed shoes, NO CROCS.

 -All of our encounters are inside in the air conditioning or heat depending on the season. 

-Our private tour does go outside in all seasons for a short period of time, if its muddy outside we encourage rain boots, dress for the weather outside. We provide umbrellas if it decides to rain. 

-For swimming with otters, you must wear a t-shirt or swimsuit with no strings. Otters love strings and you will be embarrassed if they get ahold of them. Please refrain from using oils, sunscreen, lotions, etc. This experience is inside, so sunscreen is not necessary.
